A boat house is located near the dock and is perfect to store canoes, kayaks, and other water toys. The dock is on a canal off of Whitefish Lake giving sheltered access to enter and exit the lake. The property is fully landscaped with some areas along the shore left in their natural state, frequented by ducks, geese and other waterfowl.
